I live at Plainview Park, which is owned and managed by The Wooten Co. Overall, my experience has been a positive one when communicating with their corporate team and their staff in general. Although the quality of their properties isn't the best (the facilities and buildings at Plainview Park need some work/remodeling) in the area, they are always friendly, kind, and patient when I have been in communication with them. Overall, I would recommend renting through The Wooten Co. to anyone who is looking for an affordable and convenient place to live.

Been staying here for 16 years. Nice apartments in the inside and free Wifi. 2 outdoor swimming pools. Just renewed my lease for another year. Friendly staff. Just repaved parking lot last week.

Ive lived here for several years and am appreciative of the staff and quality of living I have here. Theres a reason I just signed for my fourth year. Appropriate rent pricing, great facilities, its the best place Ive rented from.

Been with wooden Co since 2012 very nice people and very nice Apartments.I would highly recommend Wooden Co if you are looking for Apartments.
