So I clicked on their add to become a driver, and immediately received a text from Michael the recruiter. He asked when would be a good time to call for a phone interview. I replied tomorrow between 9 and 10, no response, no call next day I text him again, no response. The next day I called him, left a message on his office voice-mail, still no response. Again the next day I text him again, to no answer or response. I called his office once again to no return call or response. I'm not sure how the recruit drivers, but I'm no longer interested in driving for them, if he won't respond to 5 times trying to reach out to him.

I happen to be friends with the presidents daughter who was the one who told me to apply, so I did. The catch is that over 15 years ago I had a felony DWI. And they just cold blanked me from further consideration, (how rude) even though I can and most likely pay to get my own CDL just to show these people that they are passing on a potentially valuable asset all because of their own stereotypes about DWIs. I mean I have a full drivers license again and yet not able to be considered because of an assumed stereotype? Wow I mean I even have a bachelor degree from MSU and I get it but they may want to take a closer look at their policies around that because they could be even missing out on potential state money for employment of people that have been through tough times in their lives
