I did looked for a affordable new washer and got a returned one for a reduced price. I did ask the docking guy for the manual and instruction and he said that is inside the washer being already wrapped up in plastic. When I got home, was nothing inside, no manual or instructions to use it. Not sure if I will be a customer again...

We shop here for work. I do maintenance and we get a lot of appliances here for apartments and rental houses. Hood prices, good selection, and they deliver.

As long as you are spending money, Metro Appliance is great. However, if you need any type of service after the sale, they lose interest in you very quickly. I will never buy another appliance from Metro. I guarantee that you will get better customer service at Home Depot or Lowe's than what you will get at Metro, they are that bad. I finally contacted the manufacturer directly regarding my issue. The unit was replaced by the manufacturer, with absolutely no help from Metro. Go somewhere that will actually appreciate your business.

Competitive pricing. My salesperson ,Kevin, was very helpful and low key, the installer, Angel, was extremely professional and worked hard to make sure the installation of a wall oven and dishwasher in a historic house was perfect. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

The store is fine. Their selection is fine, but I would not ever pay for their delivery service again. After paying for a dishwasher to be delivered to my home, they refused to bring it in the home where the driveway door goes to the kitchen. Nope, they weren't going past the garage. Horrible service. When selling their delivery service, they should say we will get close to your home, but we won't bring it in.
