        Restaurant owners beware: If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I wouldnt leave this review if I didnt firmly believe it was earned. We no longer do business with Cintas and I have been trying to get them to stop taking money from our account for over 5 months now. They continue to take $82 once a week from us even though I have spent hours calling, being transferred, & speaking kindly with SO many different people about this issue. There HAS to be a way to STOP charging someone!

        West plains our West plains rep is a lazy pos. Been fighting with him for weeks over putting clothes in the locker. Still cannot he is about to void Cintas right our of there contract.

        Everything is great except for one thing. The Rags. When we receive rags they are not clean. It feels like they put them through the wash without detergent.

        Did not receive what i ordered. Contacted corporate when the driver did not deliver any uniforms. Never going to get what i wanted. When i use the website the driver does not know what was ordered. When the driver is out for personal reasons nobody takes over for him. Spoken to supervisors with no resolve. Funny how they can respond to this reveiw faster than can respond to me personally. Left messages and emails before leaving reveiw
