The sales team listened to our needs instead of pushing what we qualified for but couldn't afford, and I really appreciated that. Also, the vehicles we bought were priced right.

Bought a 2010 truck from them with 90k miles and 5 days later it blew a headgasket. Had to have that fixed out of pocket. It was down for 3 months. The mechanics said the vehicle appeared to have been flooded. Sand in the headlights, pin holes drilled in the lights to drain water, and the frame is almost rusted through (although that problem had been covered with a cheap finish at the time of purchase). Even though we fixed the head, the problems were more systemic and have caused the engine to seize. I've now spent $18,000 on a truck I will have to throw away. White motor company has offered no support beyond trying to sell me another truck and the manager has not returned my calls. I flushed $18,000 down the toilet by using this company for a vehicle purchase and no attempt has been made to by them to rectify that.
