Wonderful "Bravo Poker Live" Android app. Too bad participant Horseshoe casino Hammond Indiana compromises integrity of app information by listing incorrect information. On a nightly basis around midnight Horseshoe Hammond "freezes" whatever number of names are on wait list, when staff begins closing tables. However, the "wait list" being "frozen" / "closed" is not revealed by Horseshoe as part of app information. Therefore, wait list app information is inaccurate, because NO PERSONS ARE BEING SEATED, despite app showing either zero or X number of persons on list. That "freeze" condition lasts for HOURS!

If there was a No star option I would’ve chosen that, the lady was extremely rude to me would not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to a very weird front lobby. The receptionist was behind a glass window with the shades drawn so I did not see anyone. I heard someone in the office to the right of me so I naturally looked in. She was on the phone, but that was not an issue I was willing to wait. I never even spoke a word, but she told the person on the phone to hold on and she looked at me and said can I help you?!?! In a very rude manner. That is when the receptionist said from around the corner can I help you. I turned towards her and asked are you guys the game store? ( I saw no merchandise anywhere) She responded and said yes. That is when I was startled by a loud slamming noise. I turned around and saw that the middle aged rude lady had gotten up from her chair walked to the door and slammed it as if I was the most intrusive and obnoxious person she had met.. This made me feel very unwelcome. I then turned back to the receptionist and said I saw online that you guys sold video games and she said no we tell games like poker tables and such. So 1. Hire a better executive 2. Make the reception area more easily accessed and visually noticeable. 3. Change your status on Google business to something other than "video game store". Very disappointing.
