I would like to make a complaint, it should be listed on the website when making a payment how long it will take for the payment to beprocessed. Usually when paying with an e-check it takes 3-7 business days, however, I made a payment on the 7th and my payment was automatically charged the day off and returned. This is a scam how you'll make money off your customers.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would . They treat the black employees horrible. My boyfriend got fired for just one mess up when there are plenty of other people that has messed up serval mess up and worst . All there black employees have raggedy employe trucks , however all the white and Hispanic workers have the newer in trucks . They claim to be a Christian company however do shady and questionable things to their customers and employees. Ive seen how the office ladys screwed over customers over a misunderstanding on they end . To summarize everything up , dont work for this company and customer make sure you watch your billing with them as well

Worst utility company ever! Billing is horrible I get charges NSF fees with a zero balance. Customer service is horrible, they dont have a clue!!!!

I wish I could just put 0 stars. Due to a billing error in their part they all of a sudden decided that we owed them for 5 months that they did not bill us for. Which is fine. No payment plan, no grace. We have literally paid them over $2000 in less than 11months. No pool. Two people in a house. No excessive water usage. Interesting that we actually end up paying them more than all of our other utilities. My cell phone bill and electric bill combined do not equal what we have paid them in 11 months.
