Pam is WONDERFUL. She is extremely knowledgeable on what she does. Im in my mid 20s and have struggled with acne since I was in middle school. Before seeing her, I was starting to feel hopeless in my skin ever being clear. Pam has helped clear my skin and I have so much more confidence in myself. Not only did she help fix the problem, she also taught me along the way. I have learned so much from her about my skin! Pam truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the best skin possible. I am thankful I found her!!!

I started seeing Pam almost a year ago and she has truly helped me build my confidence back up!! I struggled with extreme acne on my face. When I first came into see Pam she asked me a series of questions and examined my acne while doing my facial. She determined that my acne was cystic hormonal acne. I told her how I had Nexplanon in my arm which is birth control and while I had a mask on my face she looked up the symptoms of that and what I had been experiencing and determined that my acne was caused by that birth-control. I immediately made an appointment to my gynecologist to have it removed based on Pams recommendation. She was always so sweet to me and made me feel like she was another mother figure which made me so comfortable to come and see her. I started coming once a month from my first facial as part of the acne program. I purchased all face reality products and used them as she directed. I would see Pam once a month and every time I would see her there would be a new acne cluster that would form on my face. I finally got to the point after about 10 months where four weeks have passed it was about time for my appointment and I didnt have any acne on my face!! I was so excited to share that information with Pam and she was so happy to hear it!! She was always so supportive whether I had breakouts that were terrible or not she always made me feel beautiful and confident in my skin! Finally once I got to the point where I had no acne on my skin we did micro needling procedure to help with my acne scars. I am so glad that I came to see Pam and that she is my esthetician because she has truly changed my life!! I will forever see Pam and I will always recommend all my friends and family to see Pam and only Pam Cato!!!

Im not sure why there arent more aestheticians as knowledgeable and passionate about skin as Pam. She sets the standard for the industry, and frankly, is beyond competitive in pricing for the knowledge and services she provides. She went out of her way to provide me a step by step instruction on what to use, when to use it, and broke down what each and every product does, to include why its important. She also doesnt over-inflate her pricing, push products on you, or push you to do anything you dont want to. She simply caters to your concerns, really listens to her clients, and gives her best professional assessment to let you, the client, make the informed decision of what course you want to take. I wont go to anyone else after experiencing Pams care and services.

Wow why Ana amazing experience ! She took the time to focus on the needs and went above and beyond she took care of a few to the throngs she noticed and did not even charge she was amazing and handled it with care ! Best facial ever !
