Michelle did an AMAZING job following up with me on my renters and auto insurance requests. Moving across country is a huge feat and the level of customer service, quick response time and professionalism that Michelle provided made this process much less painful than it could have been. After my auto insurance went up considerably (no accidents or significant claims -- one small claim for a chipped windshield that was repaired by Safelite) with a different insurance carrier, I started shopping around and it included State Farm Insurance. After I submitted an online questionnaire and received a quote, I was contacted by Brandon Von Unruh from Brian Hick's State Farm office. Brandon reviewed my choices and made suggestions and provided a complete quote for both auto and home. Bottom line is that I got better insurance for less than I was paying for my previous insurance carrier. Highly recommend Brandon, as he was responsive in both email and by phone, courteous, professional, and personable. In a world where customer service is lacking, it was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service, Brian Hicks and his staff do their best to make sure I'm getting the right coverage at the lowest price possible. Anytime I've ever had a question or needed something they have done a great job making sure the issue is taken care of. I highly recommend this agency to anyone.
