I was sent here for an item one employee told me they had in stock. Turns out they were mistaken they didnt have it in stock after all. Well Luke was very apologetic that I was told misinformation and driven so far out of the way. He gave me a screen protector for my phone to ensure I was taken care of. Great customer service, you dont aww that anymore.

Bought a new phone through this store. They ended up not able to connect it to my account (from Sprint). The lady helping us said there is nothing they can do to connect it and we need to change our plan ($45/mo more!) for them to connect our phone to the account.
Since we opened the phone and put on the protector and screen protector they wouldn't refund our purchase either.
We ended up having to waste over an hour of our time there to get a phone that we couldn't use.
Lastly, we had to call the technical support line and they helped up within 20 minutes to fix this issue without changing our plan.
I will not be returning here ever and plan to only use T-Mobile online for my future phone purchases.

Super easy and hassle free trip to get internet service. Divine helped me and their service was.. well.. divine! I was in and out quickly with a working internet modem for a low cost. Great service! Highly recommend this store.

Long time coming review. I went into T-Mobile for a "Buy One Get One" deal on some new Samsung Phones. Talked to the sales rep who was very happy and helpful. Set me up with everything, made it clear that there were deals. There was a "manager" from another store in there double checking all of his work as he seemed new. The deals were: Buy One Get One, free screen protectors, chargers, and cases for the phones, and a free Samsung Watch. Get home, unpack everything and to my surprise start reading through the charges. There was no buy one get one, he charged the accessories. Strike 1, being lied to. Next day I go back in there with everything ready to return it, ask for the manager. The worker tells me that the guy who rung me up was the manager. Lied again by a different employee. Strike 2. Started getting upset, waited for the actual manager who was appalled by most of this, could not corroborate a different manager filling in, and then could not break the deal, adjust, change or credit anything. She ends up saying that she will credit my account $100 for the next 4 months to make up the difference. Not only did she forget to credit my account, but she forgot we even had the conversation. So 3 different employees that will like to your face, 2 juveniles that have no idea what they are doing, and a manager who is smart, just forgetful. To be fair, the manager of this store is the only person I would ever work with because in the past she has been the most helpful. Don't know if it's the hiring process, training process, or just quality of workers applying for the job, but avoid this store alltogether.
