WARNING! Run as fast as you can! I'm one of the lucky ones with only horrible and fried egg shape spa and damage to my property and overcharge on additional work that was included in orginally purchase! Pump and heater blew up first yr! They refused warranty because I hurt their feelings with the pictures I shared on social media ! They pure acid washed my natural stone and it is crumbling as we speak... Criminals that run with your Deposit in HERNANDO AND CITRUS COUNTY!!

We had contracted them to install a 12x24' in-ground pool. This took 2 years to semi-complete and not completely finished as of this posting. I would not recommend them, and all the aggravations, sleepless nights, calling with out any answers, lies, lack of money after we paid them lots of money. Do your self a favor, "DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING". They will take your money and procrastinate and never get the job completely finished.

I had a pool installed by Anchor pools which took a lot longer then they told us it would. We had to constantly make calls to try and keep things going to complete the install. The workmanship is poor. I had them remove tile they installed on the face of my spa because the where crooked. Now the brick coping around the spa is coming off so I called them up to have them repair it. Larry called me back and said he would come out to give me a PRICE to repair the coping that was not installed correctly to begin with. I asked him why he was going to charge me and he said because I was pulling them off. I told him not to worry about it because I will do it myself that way I know it is done correctly this time. These people have no concern for their customers satisfaction and I wish I would have listen to other peoples warning and went with a different contractor. Stay away from Anchor Pools, you will be disappointed.

I called Anchor Pools to get an estimate to have a new pool put it. The owner came out and would not look me in the eye the entire time he was there also wouldnt go in my home and preferred to stay outside. I received the estimate and they were cheaper than seven other pool companies that I interviewed - ALOT CHEAPER! I was set to sign the contract with them and just did not feel right. I did research on the Better Business Bureau and began talking to their vendors (i.e. screen people, excavating, tile people etc) Their own vendors dont want to work with them because they dont get paid for work!!! Luckily I went with another pool company. RUN, RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They just had their licensed pulled in Citrus and Hernando will not issue them any further permits - after a story on the news! They are frauds!
