I cant say enough good things about Community Respiratory. I had a need for a hospital bed, and some other items on Monday the 9th for my wife, and it worked out that I was able to get it delivered the same day. The cost was fair. The delivery person came, and was courteous when dealing with us. He wore gloves, and a mask in proper fashion to ensure myself, and my family were protected in this tough time.

Nice people, but hard to get to. Second time here well before 2 closing time and doors are all locked up. And dont expect return phone calls!

This place sold me as a "floor model deal" a heavy bulky bedside commode for my husband who had a recent knee replacement.  The commode turned out to be defective  - the supportive arm collapsed with the least weight, which could have injured my newly post-op husband (71 yrs old).  These guys had loaded it in my car for me ( so I wouldn't notice the defect?).  I first spoke to a manager shortly after my husband came home from the hospital, who grudgingly offered to "have his technician take a look at it" if lugged it back to them myself (when my husband no longer needed it).  I then to set up that appointment and they totally BLEW ME OFF.  They intentionally and knowingly sold a defective and dangerous piece of equipment and will now not honor their promise and repair it. They are lucky my husband didn't hurt himself or this would be a lot more than a bad Yelp review. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I needed a medical bed rental for post-op recovery and these guys were extremely nice and made it all happen SAME DAY.. I called many durable medical businesses in both Citrus and Hernando county and got the run around saying that even with a medical prescription and insurance approval that it would take several days to process then a few more days after that to schedule a delivery. Kelmedix had a medical bed in-stock and ready to go but they also said it would take several days to process and a few days after that to schedule a delivery. We offered to pay Kelmedix in cash but the woman still said no. We were so lucky to find Community Respiratory. Community Respiratory delivered the bed within 2 hours of calling them and we gladly paid in cash. Great people who deserve your business.
