If I can give this company ZERO starts I would. I own a business in Tampa. Millian-aire completely misdiagnosed my 2 year old commercial Trane AC they installed when I had issues with it this week. They recommended I get a whole new compressor, because mine had failed, and additional repairs that came to over $5000 worth of work and that doesn't include the warrantied part that was covered by Trane.
I ended up getting a second opinion from Airheads HVAC and all that was wrong were some fuses burnt out and a connector. For only $900 my commercial HVAC system is running perfectly and the temp is great.
***There were NO ISSUES with my compressors and they were working just fine.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM QUOTING PEOPLE FOR REPAIRS NOT NEEDED! THEY MAY HAVE GREAT REVIEWS BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS NEVER AGAIN WILL I CONSIDER A COMPANY LIKE THIS FOR MY BUSINESS.
***On another note, their service quality since being bought out by BGIS and becoming a large corporate owned company has suffered greatly. They are hard to reach when calling the commercial line and if they do they can't get me answers quickly on what's going. Their managers seem to business to focus on issues that need escalations by customers (like me) and it's unfortunate to see since I have used them for around 5 or 6 years in total. NEVER AGAIN!

I used Millian Aire to install and keep my AC systems in 100% working condition. Multiple technicians have come and make sure that the systems are running at the highest efficiency. They take care of all the
subsystems that are installed including electrostatic air filters and UV rays and any problems with non cooling components of my system. The staff and the technicians are extremely polite and very professional. From my point of view I think I made the best decision to buy my train aces from Millian Aire. These are my second third and fourth systems that I have bought and have them install and maintain for me for the last decade. Can't ask for more five stars.
