First Class Chem-Dry I

This is my first time using this company to clean my carpet. My carpet is very old & had stains. It now looks like new and smells so much better. I have pets and get it cleaned every few months. This is the nicest the carpet has looked in 4 years! Also very nice & professional company. Got me in last minute before Christmas!! Thank you!

One of the rugs I was going to put out for trash. At last minute decided to have cleaned. Tim made my rug look brand new. He did a wonderful job.

What a fantastic experience! They were able to schedule us promptly on my preferred day. Office staff was very nice. Tim and Josh were on time, professional, thorough and very pleasant! We had a few stained areas that they were able to treat effectively and overall, did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet for a very fair price (cleaned, sanitized and scotchguarded)! Tim was knowledgeable and freely shared his knowledge of his trade, making recommendations when asked his opinion. I would not hesitate to use them again! Give them a try, you'll be glad you did! The carpet in my living room looks brand new! The staff is amazing, helpful, personable, and respectful. You’re missing out big time if you use a different company!
