Manager extremely unprofessional. Loudly telling someone else a young guys review including faults right next to the counter where everyone in the lobby could hear , then yelling at all of the employees for everyone to hear . I'm almost deaf , completely deaf in my left ear and 60 percent hearing loss in right ear , and I could hear her clearly . Bun on my burger was hard and dry . Horrible place with even worse manager. The only reason I give one star is because they don't have a negative star choice .

I go here a lot and I'm changing my stars from 3 to 1. Even though they've never been and above average establishment there quality lately has gone way way downhill. I understand lots of places are understaffed but this establishment has gotten ridiculous

The most grossly incompetent McDonalds in all of Eastern Tennessee. My husband ordered two plain McDoubles due to being allergic to both onions and tomatoes Sure enough, we are handed 2 regular McDoubles Thankfully, I checked his food before he ate it. Thanks for almost poisoning my husband. I will be contacting corporate! Please do yourself a favor and drive to Athens or Sweetwater

Went two times today, everyone up front was extremely rude. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be contacting corporate. This is the worst McDonald's sad you have to drive all the way to Dayton for decent McDonald's.
