We recently got a used spa from them, We used the hottub for a few weeks and found a leak, not under warranty (not their fault either) they came and fixed it for free. And let me ask questions while they did it! Not very often a buiness would go out to make their customer's happy. We dealt with everyone in the store, And they were all so wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Highly recommend them. I would never buy a spa or hottub any where else. Such a nice family. Thank you!

Referred to Home Environments for warranty repair on a hot tub I bought a fairgrounds sale. Everyone I worked with was very helpful even though I didn't purchase from them. Kyle came out and verified the problem and got my parts ordered from the manufacturer. In just a few days they arrived and Kyle was right back out to install new pumps on a cold, snowy day. He explained what he was doing and why and gave me pointers on maintaining my tub and water. I hope I don't need their services but should an issue arise, I definitely know who to call. Thanks!!

Kyle repaired my hot tub same day!was super helpful and instructed me on how to use the chemicals properly. I am very pleased with home environments and Kyles knowledge I Recommend them very highly. 5 star service!
