It's too bad because I like the guys who sold me my refrigerator, but I will never do business with these folks again. Bottom line, the top freezer never froze food and the frig was only modestly cool. At my expense, I brought back the appliance requesting my money back because the appliance never worked. I was told the store's warranty is only to repair the non working unit. Fair enough, however, this store sold me an appliance which never worked in the first place! A retailer cannot sell a non working appliance and then tell the consumer the store will repair the non working appliance for a fee when the appliance never worked in the first place. I ask if the store would take the non working frig off my hands for free. Surprisingly, they did not even want the piece of junk appliance they sold me. I don't make many negative review because I have other things to do like run a business, but in this situation, I feel other consumers need to know of my experience.

Ed & Adrien helped us get a great washer. Theres also 5% veteran discount which we really appreciated. We have shopped here before & will do so again later this year!

Don't even bother buying from them. I got a stove they loaded it got half way home to realize they gave me the wrong one and didnt even want to give me a discount for me having to drive all the way back to get the oven I actually purchased. And they where rude said it was basically my fault for them loading the wrong one.

Adrienne (sp?) was very rude and condescending. My husband was simply looking over machines and Adrienne was very haughty and unhelpful telling my husband to not touch. He said we could break it. He did not offer to answer any questions or help us with what we were looking for. Do not recommend.
