The lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. She laughed at me when I didnt know if I had an 8 foot table or a 7 foot. She gave me some outrageous quote. Not a good first impression!

Old School Craftsmanship that you will appreciate! My table needed new bumpers, felt, everything. Chris and Tom refurbished it professionally so that it is in "as new" condition ! I remarked that "the balls now roll in straight lines, and rebound as they should"; we will now have years of enjoyment. Also, Chris and Tom were willing to come to my residence (middle of nowhere, turn, and go 5 more miles) which is another plus. Thank You!

Chris and Tom arrived on time and went right to work assessing what needed to be done to get my newly-purchased used table put back together and in working order. The table looks great but I have not had an opportunity to play on it yet soon! I know if I have any issues they will come back and resolve them. Chris also gave me some tips about maintaining the table to keep it in tiptop shape for as long as possible, which I very much appreciated. So, overall, I would say they did a fantastic job and I am grateful for their knowledge and instruction.

Had contracted Chris and Tom to move an Olhausen American II pool table and was rather dissatisfied. I scheduled it far enough out to make sure it was delivered when the buyer wanted it delivered. I did my best to be open and honest about the conditions required to move the table. Upon arriving on the day contracted for the move they showed up with a crew that seemed to not be fit enough for the required move and decided to cancel the move. This of course was a frustration as I built this professional move into the contracted sale. They are nice friendly people and I have no doubt that they have the skills for the industry but perhaps they need to enlist some youth in there moving department to handle the variety of situations that come with the territory of moving heavy pieces of furniture like this. I hope they also are very clear on what information they need to know moving forward.
