These people provided pre-approval letter and then waited the entire months with very little communication to say that they couldn't close. Wasted a month of everyone's time and money. It doesn't take a month to figure out of you can fund a home after you are already pre-approved. They should be help accountable for the costs. Terrible business practice.

This is a great company to work with. The customer service is stellar! They did all the legwork in finding the right property for me provided a wide verity of listings To choose from. My broker there put together the home loan and the construction loan with virtually no effort on my part. The process was quick, precise and professional. The best part was the service after the sale. Theyve always been there to help assist with any concerns I might have, as well as, making themselves available to answer my questions. I genuinely trust the people there at PMC. I found them to have a policy driven by integrity and they have upmost respect for people as an individual.
