These people have no idea how to do their own billing and are so bad at it they have a third party, off-site place do it with some of the biggest jerks/incompetents I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Whatever good this councilor did for me was completely undone by their mishandling of my insurance and billing information. I ended up owing almost $200 because the coucilor charged me for a session which took her so long, my insurance didn't cover it any longer. This was after my councilor had promised not to charge me for my last session which was only 30 minutes. This billing company they use is off site and for the first YEAR they didn't get my address correct so they never heard from me or tried getting a hold of me any other way. Only once the USPS figured it out, did I get a threatening letter from the billing company saying I owed them money or they'd send me into collections. These people act like it's their first day on the job EVERY time I call and still treat me like I'm a liar and trying to cheat them even when I call to make a payment. Unprofessional from the top down it seems. What a waste of time and money this has been.
