After running into a sizing issue with a ring that I had ordered online, I was in a time crunch. I decided to go to my closest local jeweler and fortunately for me, it was Austins! Susan Chapin helped me pick out a ring and a diamond and had it put together in time for my proposal. I cannot recommend enough the team at Austins Fine Jewelry! They are great!

I brought my wedding band to get resized a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Im sure it was probably their smallest transaction that week, but I was treated as though my business was very welcome and appreciated. My ring looks perfect and I couldnt be happier. I held off on a review to see what my opinion would be like after a while. Its been months now, and my girlfriend hasnt taken of the necklace that Susan helped me put together at Austins. She worked with my modest budget to help me find something special for my significant other and it turned out fantastic. My antique and very delicate wedding ring had broken into three pieces!! I was heartbroken. I had taken it to other jewelers and I was quoted such high prices to fix it that I went two years without it. Finally my husband found Austin's and we went in for a quote. Sue took such good care of us and we got an amazingly reasonable quote! We were finally able to fix my ring! But what was really amazing was how it turned out. It was just like new! You couldn't see any of the weld lines. It is just stunning! I am so very happy to have it back. THANK YOU to everyone at Austin's!!!
