Hello Private User99,First let me start off by saying I am sorry you had a difficult scenario with your water damage. It is really hard for me to address anything specific because you are hiding behind a private identity and we are unable to confirm the validity or reasoning behind your issues. But I will address them, because they don’t make sense when comparing our project criteria. 1. Having a water damage especially in bathrooms or kitchens can be a significant inconvenience and strain on normal operations in the family life. Water damages are not started by restoration companies, only cleaned and dried. 2. Detaching a toilet does not require a plumbing license. 3. Allklean does not have a claim, only the homeowner has one. 4. If your claim was denied, it was likely due to a slow leak which you stated in the first sentence.5. If a screw was into plumbing, it sounds like we helped you avoid ANOTHER issue down the road. No one would know a drywall screw would be into a plumbing line until it is removed. 6. You would need to bring a plumber back into the scenario to repair the plumbing issue that caused the slow leak. This is part of the process. 7. All customers sign a pricing structure, and what things cost prior to us starting a project.8. We fully explain the scope of work, and necessary items needed to get your home ready for reconstruction.9. When it comes to getting paid, we are certainly not going to “ghost anyone”. In fact, we would be very diligent in that process, much like all other aspects of what we do.
