I wish I could give a 0 star. Horrible experience took my son in for contacts during the exam the optician was rude then they told me it would take a week in a half 2 weeks max for his contacts to come in the front guy was rude when it was time to pay. 3 weeks later they finally call me that there in the guy says my son has to come in and take a class for him to get his contacts and that they dont have any openings for 2 more weeks. We go in and the front guy is rude, we get called back the contacts arent working for my son and the contact lady goes and ask the manager to come talk to us he refuses to. My son was made to feel like a failure because he couldnt get the contacts in. It was such a horrible experience Ill never go back there again and wouldnt tell anyone I know to go there.

I would like everyone to know that American Best does not pay their employees fair. I have been in my position the longest and I am the least paid and I am the oldest person in our store Everyone who has been hired after me is making $ 18.00 and I am only making 16.45 asked to go to 18. And all they said is I am in the parameters when I was hired but the young lady hired right after me Started at 18 and I started at 15.50 now tell me who thinks this if fair. They will not even match her they will only go to 17 Like I said everyone is making more and I have the seniority at my position and still make less

I had a great experience here! I would recommend them forsure but on another note I talked to the sweetest lady named Diana and she was, not only very friendly, but also EXTREMELY helpful! Definitely the best person I've talked to in customer service probably ever!

Called and notified I was running late was told it shouldnt be a big deal as long as I was around 2:10. Showed up at 2:13 and was told I needed to reschedule. Management should advise staff to just automatically reschedule if being a late isnt an option.
