It’s a beautiful neighborhood. Managers are better and maintenance people are nice. The only downfall is a lot of drug attic and low life’s go by here and break into cars and garages. So don’t leave anything of value in the car or garage.

I lived there for a little over 3 years and in 3 different units (I upsized then had to downsize). The units were always in relatively good condition and the neighbors were quiet. I always got my full deposit back after leaving a unit due to how well I would clean. Management was usually helpful and maintenance would be quick with repairs. The rent is really cheap for the area and 6 month lease that then goes month to month with no upcharge was really convenient. Top floors have a mirrored wall, which is odd, and the kitchens are carpeted so you have to be careful when cooking. The main problem I had were people breaking into my garage. I never left anything in my car or garage so nothing was ever stolen. Never leave anything in your car and you should be fine.

Here was my experience living here for a year. They didn't switch up the rent on me when I went month-to-month. Stayed during covid, July 2020 to July 2021. I only had a 6 month lease. My building was quiet and considerate. If there was a problem or issue, I fixed it myself, but I don't mind that kind of approach. Most I had to deal with was drain in shower clogging with my hair. Easy fix without any draino or cleaning. Both contacts at the office were professional and gave me accurate answers to my questions. Granted I had to approach them to ask them, but they are human beings trying to to their jobs. Treat them as such and they easily start advocating for you. I was really happy and pleased with my stay here. NO tricky business with parking or deposits. I would advise everyone to have a stay here and being so close to a Walmart makes you lazy. EZ living.

I lived here for about 9 months. The apartment manager that was in charge of my apartment complex was Julie. She tells you the way things work straight up, what you’ll get charged for and tips and tricks to help keep the carpet clean and what instances they would charge you so as a tenant you have a fair chance of receiving your deposit back. I didn’t care for the white carpet it was annoying overall, and the fact that they have carpet in the “kitchen†is even more annoying. I did have an issue with the rooms in my apartment, I don’t know if it was mold or what it was but me and my kid could NOT sleep in either room. I had breathing problems, heavy chest just by being in the rooms. I went to the doctors on numerous occasions because of it. I let management know and I get their point of view (if you couldn’t see anything then what are you supposed to do??). The garages are very narrow so no one ever parks in them, the maintenance man on our side, always fixed issues ASAP (same day within a couple of hours, if that). I did have an issue with receiving the incorrect information from the other manager about prorating rent for when I was moving out. I paid a whole months rent, and put my notice in on time prior and when realizing I received my deposit back but not rent I called and she told me to call the number that does billing (acting like she didn’t recall giving me the info for guidelines), when I called, the lady that answered was VERY rude when I called about my concern, all she heard was “pro rate†and “I was told I’d get my money backâ€, she immediately was defensive stating “idk who told you thatâ€, and repeated herself as if I was deaf. I messaged Julie regarding this issue and she called the billing and spoke with another lady (I wish I could remember her name!!), she looked at my rental history and KNEW by it, as well as my walk through that the manager had given me the incorrect info and sent me a check for the remainder instead of jipping me. I personally didn’t have a horrible experience living here. The rent amount wasn’t bad and etc. just the one thing I had mentioned prior was the only thing I can complain about.
