These guys handled the cremation of my best friend of 10 years Rocky. The guy who called me to go over all the arrangements was super nice and understanding about what I was going through and walked me through everything step by step. The pricing was extremely fair considering everything that comes with it. These guys went above and beyond for us and I will always recommend them for anyone who needs their services

Staff started friendly and helpful. When my Bella wasnt delivered as promised, I made contact, an employee (said she was manager on duty) tried to tell me it was because of a weight issue (after cremation?), no. Then said I was told the wrong date of delivery. Then I got to speak with an actual manager, Sarah, agreed that a mistake was made, delivery date was set and not sure why it didnt happen, she didnt understand the whole weight thing either, yes I still have to wait for my Bella a few more days, I cant drive 2 hours to pick her up, at least Sarah was honest with me. Gave me the appropriate info on making a complaint. Employee shouldnt try to make excuses, especially when theyre no good at it, Bella has been a family member since 2010, not some package ordered online
