My best friends sister used Fresh Start Moving Co. to move a piano in the past and provided us with their contact information. Im so glad she did because within 90 minutes of my phone call, our new to us piano was professionally and securely wrapped, transported and delivered to our home!! Marcus greeted us and his fellow movers Ruben and Eliezer met us all here with the moving truck and did an EXCELLENT job!! I would recommend this outstanding moving company to my friends and family because they were really a gift from heaven today!!

I just found the paperwork from my move with this company in June 2023. Dennis supervised the move and was super friendly and I was so impressed with how hard the guys worked that I tipped them and bought pizzas. When they severely gouged a coffee table I told them to just put it back on the truck because it was a very stressful time and I had more important things to deal with. Upon settling in I noticed some items never made it off the truck - and I again dismissed it because in the grand scheme of things it was irrelevant. After several days I called Dennis because I started noticing all the scratches on my dark furniture and I found parts hidden under one of the beds that didn't go to anything. Both my dresser and bed were put together incorrecty to the point where I was afraid for someone to sleep on them. I took some pictures of my concerns and sent them to Dennis and he was eager to come out to help. In the meantime my boyfriend was able to fix the way they put the bed together- and when Dennis arrived I got the impression that after hearing the word boyfriend he was no longer interested in helping me. All he did was suggest a touch up pen for the scratches, took the parts away that were hidden under the bed that didn't belong to me and stated that his foreman said the dresser was like that (it was not). Customers should know that they hire people who need a fresh start at life - which is a lovely concept but they don't have moving experience ( it was actually the first day for one of the workers.) Bottom line - I would not recommend this company.
