My hair is 4 different colors. Michole messed up my hair and then told me to leave and that I should find a new hairstylist when I didnt want to sign a contract saying she wouldnt be liable for my hair falling out if she fixed it. This is the second problem Ive had with her doing my hair since 2018 and she told me not to come back because she made a mistake. What a joke, honestly want my money back for the hair I dont like. Its 4 different colors. She still made me pay half but it wasnt even worth that.

We apologize for your bad experience here , the stylist your referring to made the best decision she could based on her experience and the integrity of your hair considering you didn't want to loose any length. We stand by her decision to request a signed liability waver from you . That is salon protocol when a stylist has advised a client not to continue with bleach . Other options were provided and declined . We appreciate your business but we also have standards and regulations that we go by and stand by that to the fullest any further questions or concerns can be rectified by Nicki Cochran or Lenzie Conner .

I had Katie today and I was in such a rush i forgot to tip! She was amazing and fast. She got exactly what I wanted done. I feel so beautiful!! Toddler friendly environment with amazing staff. Very warm uplifting environment!
