This location of the department store is awful! The employees there all say something different. I also work in retail so I know every store has return policies but this is the most ridiculous one I have ever seen. I received a gift for Christmas that did no fit, go to the store a few weeks later with no receipt and was told I could not even exchange the merchandise without the receipt! No gift card could be given or anything. Finally get the receipt and come back and no it's over 30 days and all I can do is exchange, which is fine but they unfortunately have no products in the maternity section that would work for me. The employee who helped this time was a lot nicer but all I could do now was exchange today or it could go back on the gift buyers card they bought it on. None of which take care of the customer (me) in front of them! I'm so frustrated with Sears policy and this location I will never buy from them again!
