After traveling for nearly two months we arrived home to a busted sprinkler pipe and a flooded room, not exactly the welcome home we wanted but it was our reality. Add to the misery all the floors in the first floor of our home had to be replaced as a result of the flooding. While I have spent my professional career in emergency management, it really hits home when its your house thats damaged. We were incredibly fortunate to connect with an exceptional mitigation company who did an excellent job of cleaning up all the water and getting us ready for the repairs. We interviewed three contractors/companies and we were immediately impressed with Matt Caviglia and Reel Construction. Matt was clear on the process we should anticipate going forward as well as the cost and his experience working with insurance companies. Matt and his team did an excellent job of shepherded us through every step of the process that included communicating with our insurance company, they explained in detail what we needed to do to make the project successful. Our foreman, Geoff Board communicated with us daily, on what would be accompanied and who would be in our home, which included introducing us to the excellent team of craftsmen who performed their magic daily. Matt and his team at Reel Construction are your best partners for all your home remodeling and construction projects and while I hope we wont need their services again, if we do a call to Matt will be our first order of business. Had carpet replaced 3 and a half years ago and it it coming up in the middle throughout house. Called company and they only offer a 1 year warrenty. Save your money and go with a company that specializes in carpet installs.

Had my carpet replaced with LVP flooring along with drywall repair and new vanity in the bathroom. The team at Reel construction went above and beyond with the installation and repairs. Hate to do this guys but I'm all about customer service and spoke to Susan last couple of times and all I can say is WOW!!! 1st time I called I said she having a bad day ok 2nd call came to find out she shouldn't be in customer service or picking up phones take my message it's ok you can call be back.
