Tonya or Tanya was very unprofessional and rude. I had to call the company 3 times and was told by her 3 times I would receive a call back with a schedule pick up time. They never returned my call or scheduled a pick up time. I had to call the Home Depot and get another company to come out. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

No reply after 5 days of them having my package n scheduled delivery times set up on line they have made not me. N I had someone waiting at house. 15hrs wasted oh they don't answer there phones

I worked for this company as a driver for a very short time. When I received the offer as a driver we had negotiated my pay and when I received my first check it wasn't even half of the amount we agreed on. They told me that oh there's a training period you have to go through until we think you are trained and I asked them why they failed to mention that when they first hired me. I decided to just ignore it and see if I get payed the agreed amount the next check and I did. The next time they asked if I would make another trip for them on my way back and they would pay me a good amount so I agreed and once I received my check it was only half of the agreed upon amount. The company still owes me the money to this day so I warn anyone thinking about working for this guy. While I was working there the owner was having to go to court numerous times because they stole the furniture they were originally supposed to deliver because they had a contract with Ashley Furniture.

Attempted to call multiple times to talk about when package would/should be delivered with no response at all. Left voicemails and still no call back. Also they only want to do what is convenient for them and not what the customer originally agreed to.

I'm rating this place a one... Sorry delivery guys you were great but the dispatcher lied to Amazon... I ordered a treadmill from Amazon set the delivery and all for a Saturday. I get the call from this delivery service asking me to change my delivery date to Wednesday. I said no ma'am I specifically asked for Saturday because I will be available. She tells me we cant do Saturday because her guys are off and have a wedding to attend. I'm thinking to myself how is that my problem. I waited at home all day Saturday for the delivery and then called Amazon around 5pm wanting to know where is my delivery. I explained the situation and she then called the dispatcher and she told the Amazon specialist that they just received the shipment although on the Amazon system it says it arrived the day the dispatcher called me. Needless to say I had to wait until Monday to receive my order. AMAZON IF YOU READ THIS I HOPE YOU RECONSIDER CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY OUT TO FULFILL YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!!
