        What an awful bank. Terrible website, worst app in banking history, truly idiotic underwriters and then the branch. Basically 1 teller who enjoys chatting about the weather or whatever while customers wait in line. But that teller can't do anything besides deposits, payments ...etc and no one else is around to do what she can't...they think it's reasonable for you to wait around for them. Just rude, incompetent and plain old don't care attitude.
