I just got a call from Friendship Honda in Boone, NC about my daughters van. I had her take it in for oil change and inspection for winterizing. They could not find anything wrong with a 21 year old van. I appreciate what Andrew and his team do! It has spent some time with them this past year. Andrew and staff always strive to give us the best outcome possible.

This place is the absolute best! If youre looking for quality mechanics that wont break the bank, this is your place. They are phenomenal with trucks.. Great customer service as well! I highly recommend this place.

I took my truck there when I went for a job interview because it started leaking transmission fluid they said it was a ft pump seal so the told me it would be ready Friday this was on wens day I started work there the following Monday and when I showed up they had done nothing to my truck after more than two weeks they finally started on it but as soon as they test drove it same problem so Bryan the manager told me it would cost me more because they where wrong and I had to pull it again when they where wrong and then I had to pay somebody else to rebuild the transmission so I did then when they go to put the transmission back in. They tell me that the torque converter is wrong for it. which one I had the transmission shop rebuild the transmission sent a brand new torque converter with it so without asking Brian ordered a new torque converter for it to try to put it in and again they could not put the door converter in properly then come to find out that the torque converter that Brion had ordered was the wrong tour converter wrong size did not fit the truck so I reached out to the man who rebuilt the transmission, and he sent a friend by to look at it, and it was the fact that they did not know how to set the torque converter properly in the transmission he was able to see that were converter with no problems so after me being without my truck for over three weeks because they were in capable of putting a tour converter in Just the lack of care and concern to get a six hour job completed never offered an apology or anything for the over three weeks being without my vehicle, while they were learning how to install the torque converter
