        RUDE LEASING AGENTS!!! Called to get rental verification & asked her kindly to call my new property as they requested she call them & she says Im not calling anyone for you!! They need kinder employees & people with respect & CLASS.

        Wouldnt recommend and we lost our money due to Rachel wanting to change our move in day when we just asked what would the price change be if we did move in on that day I reached out to Devin about the situation after Rachel got very rude on the phone about the situation Devin proceeded to agree with Rachel which we expected but we were definitely not in the wrong they stole our money was told we could switch apartments we found a apartment that they were listing for a good price and reached out again to Devin and Rachel left messages and emails no response at all Im here to warn others about Devin and Rachel and dont think about reaching out to corporate they dont respond to emails or phone calls worst apartments ever wish we never applied here they should be fired

        Used condoms in the parking lot all the time. Daily passive aggressive emails from management. Maintenance never actually fixes anything. Cops called on us by management the day we moved in. This place is not worth the money. Lived here for 2 years and watched literally every employee that I dealt with leave. If they cant keep employees what do you think the standards for your living will be? The only individual that isnt a slimy low life is one of the maintenance men Alfonzo. Turns out he didnt work here. Mold mold mold mold.

      Hi Mr. Calhoun, I've spoken with my leasing agent about this incident. She apologizes for the way she came across and for her tone. We do strive to provide excellent customer service. I'm so sorry that we fell short of that. I can assure you that is not the norm and it has been addressed and will not happen again. I will add that typically the property reaches out for rental verification and we can not release any information without a signed release from the applicant. This should have been explained so that you would understand our policy/procedures. We appreciate your review.

      Hi Britani, Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that our team has has been trying to work with you regarding moving into our community. You initially were scheduled to move-in on 11/11, but requested to change your move-in date to 11/20 due to a conflict with your movers. When you showed up on 11/11 to collect your keys, we informed you that you had changed your move-in date and the unit you were scheduled to move-into had not yet had the carpets cleaned, as you were not scheduled to move-in until the 20th. Our community uses daily pricing, so our rates for each available unit change daily. We did offer to waive your pro-rated rent in November or give you a reduced rate on the price increase for the second unit you wanted to apply for, but it had already been leased by the time you applied. We apologize if you feel like there was any miscommunication on our end and wish you the best in your search for a new home.
