Was having a bad day after 2 nail salons duped me on reservations. Rosa fit me in and I am so glad I called. She is so sweet and did a awesome job. I am new to the area and have been looking for my new Nail home and I am happy to say I found it. Awesome customer service, good prices and she made me feel comfortable, and relaxed.

She did a half decent job on the paint for the pedicure but for 40$ (for regular polish, not gel) I expected atleast a basic pedicure? She paid zero attention to my heels. No callus remover gel. Didnt scrub any part of my feet at all. Zero massage, and no lotion at the end. And no sanitary bin liners. Not to mention she doesnt carry regular nail polish really at all. I have allergies to gel polish & since she didnt really have any regular polish I had to settle on a different color. Basically all I got was my nails filed & painted, for $40. I called ahead to make an appointment for my friend & I and when we got there we realized she was the only one who worked there. So on top of everything else, we were stuck waiting for each other because she could only do 1 person at a time. I wish she wouldve said she couldnt take 2 people at the same time.
