Front office is great- make sure they service you satisfactorily when you walk in the door. Dr. Parnell is thorough during exam; explains everything clearly to make sure you understand & makes sure your needs were met. Definitely recommend for all eye care service!

Dr. Parnell help me to correct a bad experience with another local eye care practice. I was experiencing dry, itchy, blurry eyes and the eyeglass prescriptions did not correct my blurry vision. I was frustrated because the other practice insisted my prescription was correct. It was not!! I brought my frustrated concerns to Dr. Parnell and after a thorough exam she prescribed the proper corrective lenses and dry eye therapy. I was thrilled after living with dry eyes and the incorrect lenses for almost a year my vision was great with my new glasses. I am so thankful to Dr. Parnell and her staff.
