I wanted to help other people stay away from this place by writing an in depth review, but after taking several weeks to try and process what they have done to me over the last 3 years and what they continue to do to me, it causes me too much distress and hurts too much. I'm 25 and I've been in therapy since I was 10 and this place has officially made me want to never go back to any mental health facility in Michigan ever again. and I went to hegira for almost 10 years and have been to state hospitals. this was so much worse. I now understand why people write off therapy. This place is borderline abusive with the malpractice their "psychiatrists" engage in and how RUDE, dismissive, and DISORGANIZED every Single person in this facility is, from the front desk secretary to whoever owns this hellscape. PLEASE please go anywhere else. please believe me when I say the reviews people are writing are 100% true. the guidance center will tell you they are under new management and doing better but they aren't. I wish anyone reading this the best of luck and the most peace. there is help out there. don't let this place tear down your hope and resilience like I let them do to me.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY LIE, THEY ATTEMPT TO THROW YOU IN A PSYCHIATRIC WARD BY GASLIGHTING YOU, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU IN A WEAK STATE AND FRAZZLED. WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. UNPROFESSIONAL, SNEAKY, BEYOND RUDE, MANIPULATIVE, GASLIGHTING, THEY LITERALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The Guidance center staff are friendly. It tries to rectify any issues/ errors timely, quickly.
