Im the CEO/Visionary for Custom Built Design and Remodeling and I started working with Sandler in 2010. I was a diligent student and had a vision to build a sales team. I worked with Gerry Weinberg, truly a sales wizard, learning foundational sales basics and tools to hire and lead a successful Sales Team using a Cookbook of activities to track success. I now have an incredible 4 person sales team! In more recent years, my team and I have been working with Greg Coyne in both a public and private setting learning from Greg and each other. I am certain we would not be the team we are today without our Sandler experience.

Life-changing! There is no other way to sum up my experience with the entire team at Gerry Weinberg and Associates. Gerry, change the way I sell, manage, mentor, parent and my relationship with my wife. Since 2004 I attended Sandler classes and I cant begin to tell you the value of the information that I have received. You would think the information would begin to get redundant however, with the changes Alana, Matt and Greg bring to the table each week it is far from redundant. A quick story that I believe sums up the way I feel. We were asked at 1 of the Sandler summits that I attended to think about and name your favorite teacher/ coach you had throughout the years. To think hard about that one person that had the most profound impact on your life. Naturally I went to my 4th grade teacher and then to my 8th grade football coach then I thought about my high school swimming coach but there was one clear mentor, teacher coach that stood head and shoulders above them all that was Gerry Weinberg. So let me close this review by saying, if you are a Salesperson, Sales Manager, VP, Pres., or Owner of the company looking to improve the bottom line there is no better way to do it then by having you and your team attending the Sandler training with what I believe is the best team in the business at Gerry Weinberg and Associates. Gerry Weinberg & Associates, Sandler - are consummate sales leaders and professionals. I work with Matt Stephens and all of the coaches are approachable and provide guidance. Matt is experienced and makes you feel as if you are his only client. He challenges me and provides support throughout the process. He responds to my calls, texts, and emails outside of our scheduled coaching sessions, providing technique and mindset adjustments that have yielded new contracts. Somehow I always knew I would work with Sandler; I am privileged to be receiving such high level coaching and be in the company of other successful business owners and sales professionals. Highly recommended!
