Capt. Ben is the coolest laid-back fishiest captain around, and i am very happy i was able to to finally catch a striper. The Stripebass is one of my bucket list fish, and i had a small window in Portland, ME to get it done, and I was lucky to get a reservation on the Kristin K charters. The whole process was really easy. The captain communicated really well through booking the reservation and leading up to the trip. On the day of the trip, the visibility was very low, and the winds were not favorable but Capt. Ben put me on the fish right away. I ended up hooking and landing a fish on the first cast. We marked fish all day, and i had a great time hanging with the captain. His boat has tons of space and cover for any type of weather conditions. The equipment was well maintained and top-notch. I would go on this charter again again, and I'd fish with Capt.Ben any time anywhere.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME! I cant say enough good things about this charter. Captain Ben was extremely knowledgeable and fun. I had a great day fishing - including a huge fish (which I know isnt a guarantee - but exciting just the same). Highly recommend! Thank you, Captain Ben!

Captain Ben was amazing! He helped us when we needed and then let us do our own thing once he realized we had some experience. 10/10 will be booking another charter

Overall a great experience. The Captain stayed in communication leading up to the trip to help us best plan our timing. He was very personable and patient. While I grew up fishing, my colleague didnt and Captain took the time to teach him best practices. While you arent always guaranteed fish, we had a great day and no time was wasted driving around. He picked a known spot and caught fish starting on the first cast. We also were lucky enough to see a seal as well as a bald eagle catching fish off the top of the water. All in all great trip and great Captain.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a fishing with Kristin K Chaters, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From start to finish, everything was top notch.
Firstly, the booking process was incredibly easy. Captain Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring my booking was exactly what I wanted. He went out of their way to make sure that everything was in place, from the equipment to the fish species we wanted to target.
On the day of the charter, the boat on time and ready to go. He was skilled in navigating the water and finding the best spots for us to fish with our 8-year-old children.
And let's not forget about the fishing itself! We caught a variety of fish, including some sizable ones that made the experience even more exciting. The captain also took care to ensure the fish were caught ethically and professionally.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with this fishing charter company. The captain was professional and friendly, the equipment was top-quality, and we ended up with a great catch. I highly recommend Captain Ben to anyone with a family looking for a fun and memorable fishing trip!
