        So disappointed. Have many other laser inscribed products received in kids sports etc that are BEAUTIFULLY done. This is not. If a business offers a service you think they would want to do it to the best of their ability. Logo isnt centered with the yeti symbol or in the top larger part of the cup. Would have looked a little nicer a touch smaller. Not being picky but its the small things. Seemed like not much thought was put into it. I was super excited to give this as a gift now Im a little embarrassed to be honest. Would not recommend or return.

      I'm very disappointed in you for not at the very least calling or emailing us FIRST if there was a problem. This post is the first I am hearing about an issue. I have no idea what item you are talking about, but I can assure you we would have made it right if it was brought to our attention. Small businesses like mine rely on word of mouth, and a negative review is very hurtful, especially without first contacting us and letting us try and fix the issue. My staff is working around the clock right now to make sure everyones special gifts are ready for Christmas. I would like to think that we don't make mistakes, but we are human and mistakes can happen. We have done hundreds of cups this month, so I am not sure which order was yours, but again a simple email or phone call would have been appreciated and you would have had your issue resolved.
