Donavan and team are so professional. They always find a way to take care of our gates and our neighbor's. Its a trek but they always come through. Theyve been our trustworthy 'can do' team for the last 25 years. Good people.

He/his company installed the operator (motor), key pad, etc.  It is not working.  Donovan did not return my many calls requesting service.  I am looking for a reliable company to help me.

We've been getting the run around-- after 4 phone calls and an email, enough is enough. Donovan always comes up with an excuse and never follows up on appointments if he answers at all. Straight from his website website, "Sculptural Gates... we take pride in each and every gate we fabricate and install." That has not been our experience and from the reviews it looks like others feel the same way. He may be a talented designer but a poor business man. Please, respond to your customers at the very least.

Unreliable. We contacted Donavan to design and build a new driveway gate for our home.  He responded, after a few days, and scheduled a time to come out and review our site and to discuss the design.  He arrived on-time and we had a great discussion on what would look best, how to make it work properly and his ideas around the design.  He was very knowledgable and came up with logical solutions.  I was looking forward to working with him.  He said he'd have a quote to us by the end of the next day.  Disappointingly we never heard from him again.  I called him a couple times and texted him, never angry or frustrated, just wanted to know what happened.  He simply ghosted us.  I think he actually blocked my number after my second text. It's sad that someone with obvious talent is not able to manage a business well.
