I called Paul Noll and sons because they were so highly recommended on the Hillsborough moms group on Facebook. I wasnt disappointed! They responded very quickly and had a guy out here at the beginning of the window they gave me. Kyle was great. He identified the problem right away and was honest about a part that didnt really need replacing. He listed the service as a service call and even fixed a few other odds and ends while he was here since he had the parts right on his truck and just charged me for the parts. Great company and great service!

Thank you Kevin and Patrick for all that you did to setup the plumbing appointment. Excellent job by Patrick on the toilet repair. He explained everything that was done and was professional.

We just can't say enough good things about Paul M Noll & Son, and the service they provided. We arrived home from an arduous trip in horrible weather when what to our wondering eyes should appear: a flooded basement!
After an intense effort at clearing the basement, we realized that our water heater had shut down. A frantic call to the original installer met with a promise to be out in a couple of days or so. Clearly, that wouldn't work, this being just a few days before Christmas. I called my son, who recommended Paul Noll. I got on the phone, and got a real person: Kevin. How refreshing! Kevin said they were busy, he'd see what they could do. Minutes later he had us scheduled for the afternoon. Sure enough, Patrick was out a couple of hours later. Patrick came fully prepared, with a heater on the truck, should it be needed (I should mention: if you're reading this and dealing with an emergency, we provided photos of our heater so they could have an idea of what was needed). As it turns out, Patrick got us going, but made the recommendation that we consider replacing the heater because of it's age.
We'll be replacing the heater and have another item addressed after the holidays. We're definitely going to have Paul M. Noll do the work: they're honest, efficient, and friendly. Their service is excellent, they're clean and considerate, and, most importantly, they're there!
