Excellent courteous service. Ray went above and beyond! Tried to install a cheap Lowes toilet and was more than willing to help in any way when it didnt worknext daynew improved toilet installed and the bathroom was spotless!

Peterson did some work for us during a renovation/addition in 2021-22 and we were always happy with their work, skill, experience and professionalism. During the renovation, a new-to-us sump pump was installed and with the recent 24+ hour rainfall event, it was the first time it ran, and I didnt know what the proper operation was. So Ray came to ensure proper function and answered any questions I had about its operation and maintenance, putting my mind at ease that all is well.
Trace had also assisted with a late-night phone call, which I very much appreciated as well, prior to us scheduling the appointment with Ray. They were both kind and professional and Ray sprinkled in a little humor as well, which I appreciated too! ;-)
And shout out to Leslie as well (oh boy, I hope remembered her name correctly!) for the prompt phone call the following morning to schedule Ray. She was also very helpful and sincere, which lowered my stress level caused by not knowing what normal sump pump operation looked like.
So thanks to all three of you, but Ray was our technician who reassured me that everything was normal and functioning properly, as well as what to expect in the future. Thanks, Ray, for your service today as well as your service as a firefighter!! Go Navy!! :-D
