I am extremely unhappy with the experience me and my wife went through since last year . We chose RMA for good reviews and reputation and started our IVF procedures. My wife had 2 failed IVFs and our insurance was running out . There were other options for a successful pregnancy also but the doc believed we should go for the 3rd round and it failed again . Now we ran out of insurance and it is extremely difficult to go for future procedures. We felt as if the decisions could have been taken appropriately understanding people's financial capabilitie and should have left on the couple to take a call especially after 2 failed IVFs and when you know the stats . Now we cannot even think for any other procedures because they made the money which they wanted to make and looks like we have to crush our dreams to become parents . I will not recommend We are very hurt and disappointed.

Every single staff member I have came across in this location is outstanding at their position. From the receptionist at the front desk who was warm and welcoming, to the girls drawing blood. Everyone is just so kind! Our nurse Lena is always there to provide as much information as possible and our NP is Melissa Peluso. From the minute we sat down with her, at our first consultation, we knew we chose the right place! Highly recommend this facility to anyone on there fertility journey!

I had an amazing experience at RMA with Dr. Doherty and nurse Jennifer. Expectations were clearly set and I felt heard whenever I had questions or concerns. Smiles from the front desk and phlebotomy staff definitely helped with morning monitoring. Thank you for my twin blessings!! -Danielle M
