image I just had a very bad experience with them..there was frame damage in my sofa and i did sent multiple pictures of it to confirm f this can be fixed onsite.They said yes.and said there will be 60 dollar charge if the damage is different for onsite visit.First I got the appointment after three weeks of wait time after that the person who shows up does do anything and says damage seems to be more though its still the frame damage.
Now they charged me 60 dollar for doing nothing and they themselves deciding that damage is diffrent. So this like fooling people by sending someone onsite and doing nothing and saying the damage is different and charging them
Be Careful of them

image Absolutely disgusted and disappointed! 👎 The warranty covers nothing. So now I have a sectional couch with cushions coming apart at the seams and want to tell it's not covered .. bad business they should replace my cushions
