Joanie is the best! She made the whole process so easy and went above and beyond. This was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor and would highly recommend Mancini Realty to anyone buying or selling a house. From the day we met Joanie, she got to know us first and then put together a plan to market our house. She thoroughly explained the process and gave us her recommendations. Joannie, her husband and staff flawlessly managed a packed open house on a rainy day and they even cleaned afterwards so we came back to a spotless home. She fielded all the questions from buyers and even made mini "how to" videos to keep the process flowing. Joanie did such a great job that we had many offers and she explained each and every one and made recommendations. We truly believe that Joanie's expertise gave us the best price and experience possible. She came through for us in a big way and if you go with Mancini Realty you will not be disappointed. My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Mancini Realty generally, and about our personal realtor, Stephen Mancini. From the moment we began our search for a new home, Stephen made it clear that he would be with us every step of the way. And he was true to his word. At no time did we ever feel pressure in the process. It was clear that if it took us a year to find a house, Stephen was willing to be there--always cheerful, always full of helpful advice and insights, and with a clear knowledge base as to the area and specific neighborhoods. With Stephen's help we both bought a house and sold our former home. And again, in the selling process, Stephen's instincts were spot on. From pricing to timing, he nailed it at every turn. He also went above and beyond, driving down to our house to take care of something during showings when my husband and I were out of town. My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with Stephen! Every step of the way he was informative, super responsive, professional and answered all of our questions (which we had many of)! With todays market being as crazy as it is he put us at ease with his expertise in the business. We are so happy we used him and would not have found our forever home without him!
