Worst Honda dealership in Alaska.. my husband purchased a Foreman 500 way in August, still to this day we have not gotten an update on it, so we decided to ask for our REFUND back couple days ago, just giving us the run around and seems like they don't want to give the refund back...Excuses everyday, Bad customer service & their EMPLOYEES are not helpful at all..

Very newer Honda specific , wish they had later model parts. But it's a motor sports shop! What's not to like.

Horrible customer service. Will take your deposit for holds but will not follow up at all on anything with you. Ordered a four wheeler two months ago. Been waiting. Haven’t gotten any phone calls. Called and turns out they’ve had it for a week and haven’t touched it or called.10/10 would recommend going elsewhere. Craigslist has better customer service

Horrible service. I stopped in and the salesman was nowhere to be found. In his place was a young woman who wouldn't make eye contact nor care there was a customer in the showroom. She was cold and unfriendly. Never received call about the new model details after leaving my information. I will find another dealer or buy a Kawasaki.
Edit: I only assume she was a receptionist or worked somewhere off the showroom floor.
