Small little shop located on main street in the town of Sodus, NY. They carry several brands of car insurance including progressive and Allstate. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and they won't try to oversell you. This site maintains normal office hours and help is just a phone call away. The insurance rates are cheap and competitive. You won't be disappointed.

I would do 0 Stars if I could.... I had a home owner’s policy that auto renewed for the last 16 years or so. I called the office to request 2 pieces of information needed for my mortgage company. They were unwilling to send me anything more than the 2 page document with my deductible information, and would not state whether wind/hail damage was covered under the standard policy. After 3 phone calls, and waiting 6 days to receive an email, I ended up going online, and had a new policy with Geico for $200 dollars a year CHEAPER and BETTER coverage. Additionally, within 24 hours I had a 68-page welcome packet that detailed my coverage information. I spoke to the same person each time I called the Sodus office, who then had to speak with someone else to supply me with any information. I NEVER received a call back with any of the information that I requested, and had to call each time to follow-up. I also never received an email. I believe it would be in the best interest for a small town insurance office, to offer stellar customer service, because this day in age, it’s so easy to just go online and get a policy from a Geico or other company -that makes it so easy to do yourself, without having to speak with incompetent people.
