      image Metro Lock n Key sucks especially the owner Mike. Mike replaced my BMW key and now the key is not working. My mechanic sent me the diagnostic code that reads Key Incorrect Random Code. I called Mike and explained the situation and even sent him the image of the diagnostic. His attitude was not pleasant. He asked for the address for the shop. He never showed up to the shop and now when I call, his phone goes straight to voicemail. I will NEVER recommend this business.

      it is unfortunate that you are having this issue. i made the key for that car over 6 months ago and you have been driving the car you told me you put the car in the shop for a transmission and after they installed the new transmission now the car don't start. i have no idea as to what your mechanic did to de program your key. i did tell you i would try to get by the shop and look at it but i have been very busy and i totally forgot. if you are getting a rolling code error this could be a history code but the car should not have shut down unless your mechanic did something wrong to Un sync the DME from EWS on that car. it is unfortunate that metro lock n keys get a bad review because the key was working up until you ley your mechanic work on the car the sad truth is any car i do if something happen to it after i make a key i get blamed it could be a flat tire the customer will say its my fault the tire was not flat until you made the key. never-the-less no need in pointing fingers, reach out to me and i will make it right

      image Very dependable and great price. He arrived fast. I have a 2014 Chevy Malibu and the car dealership wanted to charge me 350 for a replacement key. He worked with me on the price. Definitely will use him again.

      Wow, it amazes me that you get upset and leave a bad review why would I lie about coming out I have a business to run and help my customer you said you would be there I pull up...not in your driveway because I did not see the address you gave me and I told you this. I tesxed you that i am here you did not reply so i called you and you did not pick up then you call back 6 minutes later I had just texted you before I got there and said I'm on the way you texted back... ok, so why would you leave knowing I'm on the way then you expect me to just wait when other people need my service too. What do I tell them and you not picking up when we just were texting so yes I left. If I reach out to a customer and they don't answer I don't come and if I show up and you don't pick up the phone..I'm gone....simple. people are calling locksmiths out and robbing them at gun point and killing them so I'm not waiting around when I can not reach my customer...sorry

      image I called a few locksmith out to make a new key for my chrysler crossfire, many came out but could not make a key so another locksmith said try mike he can do it so mike with metro lock n keys came out and went straight to it and made the key and remote..all the other locksmiths came out in cars and little trucks i knew when mike pulled up he would make it happen his company van looked so professional and he had so much equipment in the van if you need a locksmith this is they guy to get it done what ever it may be
