Great service experience at Stone Mountain VW.
Had an appointment a week out, but was able to drop the vehicle earlier. They quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. My car was repaired and ready for pickup days before my actual scheduled appointment!!
I was given superior customer service and handling by Cameron Veasley (Jason), my service advisor.

I own a 2022 VW Taos and I have had to replace the brakes and rotors twice once at 20,000 miles and again at 38, 000 miles which is in heard of for a new car. Ive spoken with management and was informed that this is a normal thing for this vehicle. Maybe if I was informed before purchase, I would not have purchased the vehicle. If any other customers are having the same issues, please post so maybe something can be done about this problem because its a very serious problem.
