        Being going to this off for several years, they always seems to get there patients in when needed...

        I scheduled a physical, to have lab work done. When I got the lab results back, there was no A1C listed and they didn't even do a urinalysis. When I spoke with Todd Bender the Physician Assistant, and asked why was no urinalysis or an A1C test done. He said because some times the insurance may not pay for it and they would be left with the bill. I told him you never mentioned that and I would have paid it myself. Out all the physicals I had done. A urinalysis was always the 1st thing that was done. Do you think this type of healthcare has your best interest at the heart, I don't and I won't be back .
